  Very happy, specifically with Gerald, one of the store's managers. My parents spent several thousand dollars on a new set of LG appliances to take advantage of a $500 LG rebate promotion. There was a slight failure of communication on the part of the salesman (who is no longer with the store), which resulted in rebate ineligibility. But Gerald managed to take care of it and make everything right and get them the rebate. Things happen, people are only human and make mistakes, understandable. We approached Gerald reasonably and rationally and explained the situation. And we were so happy that Gerald and PC Richards did right by us. They could have thrown their hands up and said, "sorry, there's nothing we can do. These things happen." and left us out $500, but they stepped up and made it right. Gerald took care of everything, returned calls and kept us informed. This treatment is what keeps some customers, like my parents, loyal to a retailer. Also, their stove was delivered without the griddle. Again, Gerald made some calls and got the griddle. He treated us politely and respectfully and such exceptional service, which by today's standards is hard to find, deserves a complimentary review.
